Initial grocery and liquor order for 8-10 adults, four passenger car or $500 credit, daily housekeeping, bathroom amenities, airport meet and greet, transfers, gratuities, arrival amenities basket, espresso machine, mix, bottled water, long distance telephone (to $100), snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, fishing equipment, spear fishing equipment, glass bottom four person motor boat, kayaks, windsurfers, outdoor spa, golf clubs, tennis racquets, satellite TV, DVD collection and player, wireless internet, XM radio, CD player, telescope, and daily concierge services. (note: cooks and chefs are available upon request for additional fees.)
Rates:
Noon to midnight, use of beach, all exterior decks at the lower, middle, and upper levels, commercial barbecue, electrical power, washroom facilities, outdoor showers, stage area, and catering areas.
multiple event rentals for the same program include: Anytime within the period of the group program, unlimited access to the beach, all exterior decks at the lower, middle, and upper levels, commercial barbecue, electrical power, washroom facilities, outdoor showers, stage area, and catering areas.
washroom facilities: Two to four washrooms will be made available during events, depending on the number of guests in attendance. The owner will maintain bathroom facilities during the function, and will provide premium amenities including fresh hand towels and Aveda, L’Occitane, or Fruit & Passion products.
tent rentals for rain, wind, or insect conditions: For additional fees, tents are available for the main deck area, the sky deck, and the entertainment stage. The rental fees allow for removal from storage, crew mobilization, assembly, installation, teardown, and return to storage. A decision can be made on the day of the event for partial removal, depending on weather conditions.
staff meals: Catered events will include provisions for basic meals for the planners, destination management company staff, and entertainers. The estimated cost is $200. If meals are not provided, the owners will provide meals, where required and deduct the cost from the security deposit.
pest control: During the month of June, insects may be a challenge. Bougainvillea House is equipped with a centralized irrigation system which allows for the application of insecticide over the entire property, immediately prior to an event. A hand sprayer and fogger are also used in certain conditions. A supply of personal insect repellant is provided at every function. There is no additional fee for the service or materials.
fireworks and bonfires: Commercial grade fireworks presentations are available and permitted at Bougainvillea House, and can be provided by outside contractors. Bonfires are permitted on the beach.
curfew: There is no curfew at Bougainvillea House.
Force Majeure In the event of a “Force Majeure”, such as a hurricane, a 100% credit will be applied toward any future booking by the end client, provided that the booking is within 18 months of the canceled booking date. In the case of a hurricane, the decision by the General Manager of the Four Seasons Resort at Emerald Bay to evacuate the guests or staff shall be a clear indication of “Force Majeure”.
fluctuating group numbers The rental rate will be based upon the estimated number of guests at the time of booking. Should the actual group size fall below the group size rate, no refund will apply. Should the actual group size increase into the next bracket by more than 10%, an additional charge will apply.

Bougainvillea House is available for single day functions where event rental fees apply, or for week long programs; which are priced as follows:
Use of all facilities (including five bedrooms and two studios) for groups of 50 people or less for multiple group dinners, functions, activities, and ceremonies are included in the rental price for a minimum period of 7 days. Additional rental homes are available within walking distance that can handle up to 200. For groups of more than 50 people, additional fees may apply.
also included: Arrival amenities basket, basic condiments, espresso machine, bathroom amenities, daily maid service, snorkeling equipment, fishing equipment, spear fishing equipment, glass bottom motor boat, kayaks (5), windsurfers (2), outdoor spa, golf clubs (1 set), tennis racquets (4), Satellite TV, DVD player, VHS player, wireless internet, XM radio, CD player, telescope, cribs, high chairs, and daily concierge services. Cooks and chefs are available, upon request for additional fees. Food and liquor are not included.
rates:
The tent rental fee includes setup, and dismantling; and allows for use of the tent for a period of 24 hours, beginning on the morning of the planned event and ending on the morning following the event.
reservations: The tents have been purchased, to protect the integrity of the venue at Bougainvillea House. However, they are used on the island at various locations for various functions. Tents should be reserved as far in advance as possible. A courtesy hold can be placed on any tent at no charge. In the event of a conflicting inquiry, 48 hours notice will be given to firm up your reservation.
refund and cancellation policy (tents only): A 30% refund is allowed within 48 hours cancellation notice of the reservation, if the tents are not mobilized or used. A 50% refund is allowed with a cancellation prior to 90 days of the reservation. A 100% refund is allowed with a cancellation prior to 180 days of the reservation.

terms: Payment in full is due at time of booking, via wire transfer, in US funds.
refund and cancellation policy: A full refund is allowed with a cancellation prior to 180 days of the reservation. A 50% refund is allowed with a cancellation prior to 90 days of the reservation. No refund is allowed with a cancellation less than 90 days from the reservation. In all cases, if we are successful in rebooking a canceled reservation; all funds will be refunded.
security and damage deposit refund: The security and damage deposit will be refunded, in the form of a check drawn on a US Bank, within 30 days of the rental period; or completion of the function or event.
